Black Miners Museum’s Educational Video

Black Miners Museum and Nottingham News Centre are dedicated - through the hard work of its Director, Norma Gregory - to preserving diverse coal mining history and industrial heritage education for all. In 2020, a small team worked collaboratively to design and produce six educational videos about ‘Diverse Mining Heritage and Community’. I made the content, script, and video structure for one of the six educational videos on Black Miners Heritage about the Black Miners community, the camaraderie between miners, the role women played, and some of the events that changed mining communities forever. In addition, I alone edited the content and sourced high-quality images and video footage by liaising with other mining museums.
